Hect Home Improvement LLC was founded in 2005 and has grown into one of Flint’s most trusted roofing contractors, now serving East Lansing and the greater Lansing area as well. We are a licensed Michigan Residential Builder with full insurance coverage, and every full roof replacement we complete includes a lifetime labor and materials warranty. Our team has 25 years of combined experience in asphalt shingle roofing, siding, gutters, and storm damage repair across Genesee County and
Mid-Michigan.

A Story of Determination
Chris grew up in the thumb area, raised by a single mother who worked tirelessly to support her family. Watching her dedication instilled in him a strong work ethic and a drive to succeed. His first job in a local restaurant taught him responsibility, but it was a chance opportunity with a contractor that sparked his passion for doing this type of work.
Starting as a laborer, Chris worked his way up, learning every aspect of the trade. Over time, he saw firsthand how many families struggled to afford essential services. This inspired him to create Hect Home — a company dedicated to delivering reliable, high-quality services at fair prices.
Today, we continue that mission, putting our customers first and standing behind every project we take on.
